ABSTRACT
This chapter highlights the challenges and opportunities of the e-health system and applications of e-health in the context of deep-tech interventions with a brief overview on literature review, applications, and solutions provided by industries. After this, case studies outline the development stages of the e-health system. This chapter is helpful for academics, researchers, clinical workers, and industry professionals who are active in the development of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for medical departments. IoT technologies present a very strong potential to India and other countries, which results in reducing the expertise gap around the globe.
