Tweaking the System
Rudrey’s HR originally planned to give each group enough quadrant sheets for every associate to undergo training at every workstation. In the process of developing these sheets, however, HR realized that there would be a lot of unnecessary duplication and overlapping and decided to create a generic version of the quadrant sheet, which trainers could modify and tailor as needed. Trainers had some leeway on this, but the basic structure and sequence of items was retained. See Figure 8-11.
