ABSTRACT
In reflecting upon the perceptions and propositions advanced in the preceding chapters, five key issues or themes come to my mind as being particularly worthy of discussion. These issues merit special attention in this particular forum because they represent prominent features of the context within which the family policy debate is taking place.
