ABSTRACT
The quality of a formal presentation has a significant impact on employee development both for newcomers and existing staff. A stimulating, concise presentation broadens group participation and it is very often a powerful and efficient tool to disseminate valuable information among learners. To improve the quality of a trainer’s presentation, seven key guidelines are provided.
