ABSTRACT
What are the key components of any strategic plan? They are usually the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the organization which are supported by the outputs of the organization. These key components should ensure that they take into account the current state of the organization and business environment, the customer’s needs and wants, the business environment scan, and an estimate of the future state.
