ABSTRACT
The demonstration (demo) is a pillar of the scrum methodology. It implements these agile values and principles. The demos had become a regular large team meeting open to the broader set of partners, managers, and the future user community. The Pacifica team has created integrating events to give much greater routine focus to ensuring completion of each major software milestone, taking the place of demo prep in many scrum projects. For demos the studio population swelled as fuller teams, sales and marketing, operations, and senior executives gathered. This chapter demonstrates the customer upload of the hedge transaction set from one of the popular accounting systems, which was one of the focuses of this week’s integrating event. It discusses a brief design review of the new CurrX capabilities. The final element of the sprint demo was the consideration of the CurrX design.
