ABSTRACT
It discusses the difference between monitoring and targeting with the effects of main elements of system and its benefits. Targeting and monitoring are one of the management techniques where essential facilities for production are taken as a controlling factor such as the raw materials, energy, and other goods. It divides the facilities systematically into divisions related to energy cost. With the help of such data, target and planning can be done to find out the anomaly in the data, actions for remedy, and finally implementation.
