ABSTRACT
The book’s final chapter is the culmination of all that has been discussed in the previous pages. Here the author finally describes the mysterious “program” that has been alluded to throughout the book. With no fanfare, the revelation comes in at no more than a few short pages. The program was not a magic bullet, but it was a battle cry for all who participated because they were empowered to “attack the hazards.” Safety is, and should be, simple (but not easy). The success of a program depends upon the actions of its participants, not the flashiness of its charts and graphs. Using any method that identifies and corrects hazards, then engages people will ultimately find success.
