ABSTRACT
This chapter explains the importance of how the session ends. In order for this to happen, the coach asks the coachee to summarise their work together, encourages them to engage in a process that I call the ‘reflect–digest–take action–let time pass–decision-making’ process, tie up any loose ends and make concrete plans for a follow-up.
