ABSTRACT
The third S-Curve saw Cummins move into the second year of Six Sigma implementation. We began monthly progress reviews with the senior leadership team and with the business Six Sigma leaders. These reviews would cover Six Sigma progress against savings targets, training launch data, training launch effectiveness and best practice examples of Six Sigma projects. These reviews continued monthly for eight years.
