Credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP®) and certifications such as Certified Scrum Master bring genuine financial benefit to the credential holder and demonstrate attained knowledge on a subject matter. A large industry has spawned around certification training. The organization focuses on face-to-face interactions between trainer and student to maintain standards of quality on the content and validate the value certified trainers bring to the brand.
