ABSTRACT
Creative inspiration can come from various sources, not just from our minds or co-workers. DVDs, streaming media, and televised events are good resources for viewing shows, but remember it is best to see a production in the medium in which it was originally created. From paintings to photographs and sculpture, the art world is based upon creativity. Creativity comes in many forms and can be applied no matter reader current position within the lighting field. Anyone interested in lighting should become familiar with their art and view it whenever possible. Their artwork can be found in installations around the world and make a fabulous destination on a day off or during a vacation. Throughout reader life, their have likely heard the term "think outside the box." Only by actively improving reader creativity, and applying different lessons to their work, can reader truly become successful at providing innovative lighting and solutions.
