ABSTRACT

The Check Lists (CL) are an aid which is used in any industry. In the audit process, there is a need to prepare two types of Audit CLs. The first type is used as a reminder regarding the targets of the audit and they are called Target CLs. The second type is used to conduct the audit and they are called Audit CLs. There are two types of audit targets which can be implemented into one CL: A High Level and a Low Level target. Every team leader can produce his own solution for these CLs. Usually during each Documentation Audit, everything is checked, but during each On-Site Audit, only one or two reactors or generators, randomly chosen, are checked. Maybe the auditor could check the economic performance of the company from public data on the stock exchange as part of the data for establishing the “personality” of the company.
