ABSTRACT
The preparation means that there is a need for establishing the Audit Team with a Team Leader. The Approval Audit has the biggest scope, and it is valid especially valid for the Documentation Audit. The Team Leader may divide out the received document(s) to the Team Members in accordance with their specialties and areas of expertise. The new organization and structure of the company will need new Management Systems and it must be the subject of regulatory audit. The Documentation Audit is a very important part of overall oversight process, because this is a place to check and to find any systematic error in the Safety Management System, if it is present. Each piece of documentation submitted by the company, however how big or small it is, must satisfy all requirements for the Documentation Audit. So, during the Documentation Audit, every document is thoroughly checked, but for On-Site Audit.
