ABSTRACT
The preliminary analysis on risk trending provided directions toward important considerations for modeling risks. The functioning of risk modeling is fundamentally based on a developed supply chain risk model. The developed model is a ‘system’ combining the risk theory and working mechanism for the risk modeling activity. ‘Risk’ is an input to the model taking into account different sets of risk attributes and parameters. A low or high impact condition for varying risk probability provides a condition for the risk to occur at a reduced impact providing early warning for disruption for possible mitigation action. The chapter provides history of development interrelation between theories of management and risk. Monitoring is the integral part of safety security in technical, economical, organizational and social systems. Monitoring of such kinds of sports as chess and tennis allows sport organizations to rank players according to their results and to solve the problem of formation of the lists of participants and optimal scheduling of tournaments.
