ABSTRACT
Uebert Angel has introduced the concept of forensic prophecy in South Africa. He made the concept famous while he was a prophet in Zimbabwe. The people of South Africa are familiar with fashionable type of prophecy, as they are used to receiving the same diagnosis from the sangomas. Forensic prophecy has been spread in all the provinces of South Africa. It has become a brand in South Africa. In the researcher’s observation, it is because prophecy in the fourth wave has become the language of the day in the prophetic movements, and in some instances even outside the prophetic movements. In the fourth wave, the prophets will always show people that the ordinary cannot easily be part of the higher dimensions of prophecy that constantly use the prophetic dimensions. Many believers have joined the fourth wave with the hope that the prosperity message will change their lives.
