ABSTRACT
This very practical chapter deals with the wide range of security issues that can arise in violence related cases. These include security for the victim at the worksite, at home, and in the transition spaces between locations. In addition the type of security personnel that are assigned to these types of cases are critical for success, as are their placement to provide protection. Ultimately, the purpose of this work is to keep people safe from physical harm and security is responsible to provide the shield that will successfully accomplish that goal.
