ABSTRACT
In this letter, the wanderer narrates his gratitude to Sommerfeldt who gave him mean opportunity of employing, in the service of unfortunate merit, money and time which he might otherwise waste in the languor of apathy, or in a vain attempt to lose the pain of disappointed hope in the tumult of dissipation.
