ABSTRACT
This letter presents a regular account of wanderings of a solitary wanderer who tried to relieve his deep depression. He provides an account of his determination to go Northward and about the tender notices of lovers found on the windows or wainscots of the inns where he stayed. The wanderer talks about his course along the coast of Yorkshire, a part of England he had never seen.
