ABSTRACT
Due to their unique structural features, perovskite oxides offer various distinguished properties through structural design. As described in the previous chapters, their magnetic and electronic properties are closely related to their electronic structures controlled by materials composition, crystal structure, and processing. This chapter deals with other properties, including diffusion, thermal, and optical properties.
