ABSTRACT
The author offers a personal account of one medical researcher’s experience and perspective on end user searching. Particular attention is given to the role of the microcomputer in the search process. The discussion includes the significant advantages of storing references in a disk file, thereby allowing easy editing and reorganization of data.
