ABSTRACT
Along the research project discussed in this book, it remains clear that energy education is a relevant component of sustainable energy literacy and an important path for shaping a sustainable society and a sustainable future, but it is also fundamental to be able to align knowledge systems, policies, and practices to a low-carbon economy in order to achieve the UNSDG 7 (affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all). There are other 10 interconnected SDGs that depend on energy-educated citizens to be achieved.
