ABSTRACT
Some estimates indicate that there are twice as many bisexual people as there are gay and lesbian people. This may be surprising because bisexual people are often an invisible part of both the LGBT and non-LGBT communities. This chapter explores what you and your team can do to create environments where bisexual people are affirmed, help spot and prevent bias against bisexual people, and consider what is unique about aging as a bisexual person.
