ABSTRACT

This chapter presents the results of experimental investigations of synthesis of electroluminescent nanostructures of ZnS alloyed by Cu and Mn ions. At first, the synthesis of AAO porous matrixes is described. The results of coulometric control of oxide film thickness and pore diameter control are given. Then, the results of alloyed ZnS deposition are presented. In this part of the chapter, the facility of ultrahigh-vacuum evaporation based on the vacuum system USU-4 are described and results of experimental investigations of deposition of ZnS alloyed with Cu and Mn onto smooth templates and matrixes of porous AOA are presented and discussed.
