ABSTRACT
In conclusion, it is proposed that although it is difficult to remain an authentically existential leader, there are many personal and organisational gains in doing so. Although the book focuses on leadership in a business context, attention is drawn to the relevance of an existential approach in all the areas of our lives in which we find ourselves taking on a leadership role.
