ABSTRACT
The introduction to the chapter is followed by the process of producing graphs of linear equations. This is followed by the graphical solution of linear simultaneous equations. The law of straight line is explained with illustrations followed by the solution of quadratic and cubic equations. Production of straight line from a scatter of data points is explained by using regression analysis. Worked examples are included for illustrating in detail the process of regression analysis. An end of chapter exercise is included to reinforce the learning.
