76 You are assessing an 11-year-old neutered male Swedish Vallhund for suspected hyperthyroidism or hyperadrenocorticism, based on the presence of polyuria/polydipsia/polyphagia, altered liver enzyme activity, and a reported elevation in total T4 concentration.
