ABSTRACT

106 A 2-year-old female spayed domestic shorthair cat presents for a 4-month history of increased respiratory noise and progressive breathing difficulty. The owners report bilateral mucoid to mucopurulent nasal discharge. Tests for FeLV, FIV, feline herpes virus, feline calcivirus, and Chlamydophila felis were all negative. The cat was historically allowed outdoor access, is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has a good appetite and activity level.
