The right response?
WithCraig J.J. McCann
Pages 20

This chapter situates the book’s contribution to this field of study by first demonstrating the focus of both the international and U.K. specific research on responses to right-wing extremism thus far, including; the prevention of radicalisation and extremism; public order responses; linkages between hate crime and extremism; the limits of proscription; and intervention including “de-radicalisation programmes”. It goes on to explore the gaps in the literature and sets out the case for why research into how the Prevent Strategy has been used to respond to right-wing extremism is of such importance.
