ABSTRACT
The conclusion sums up the main argument of the book and states the contributions to the existing literature. It emphasizes how ontological (in)security is the main motivation for policy changes toward nationhood and minorities on the one hand, and how external necessities and internal opportunities come together and pave the way for change. The chapter ends with discussion on future research agenda.
