ABSTRACT
If you look up “ingenuity” in the dictionary, it will be explained as “cleverness”, “originality”, “inventiveness”, etc. I believe that the qualities expressed by these words are very important for investigators. In this chapter, based on my experience, I will explain the “ingenuity” that is necessary for investigating any kind of crime, whether it is a common crime or a business crime.
