ABSTRACT
Chapter 20 contributes to improving systems engineering by introducing the Holistic Engaporean Air Defence System (HEADS) upgrade to provide an example of the generic multi-iteration SDP, examples of systems engineering in the needs identification state and yet another example of the use of the HTPs as an idea storage template (IST) to organize information in a systemic and systematic manner.
