ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 begins by discussing the nature of systems because undesirable situations, desirable situations, problems and solutions tend to manifest themselves in systems, and the system development process (SDP) is a system. The chapter then perceives the nature of systems from the different HTPs, discusses basic system behaviour and the properties of systems.
