ABSTRACT

This chapter is about trusting self in sharing knowledge with members of the coaching profession, and using technology to bring a professional message to a wider audience. In addition it discusses evolution of an online framework for reflecting intelligently on coaching practice. Finding a good way to express anger makes the value available to fellow coaches. There is reference to an award-winning article ‘Is a coaching culture an alternative tyranny?’.

The chapter also presents the challenge of expanding a precious group to potential new members. There is an assumption that it is OK to include new and different people on a whim, and yet to join a professional group more than a warm introduction is necessary to be fully and freely accepted.
