ABSTRACT
Today the world faces challenges from all directions both horizontally and vertically, and the most obvious challenge felt by all people in this world is the threat of terrorism and radicalization. Therefore, it is very important to find the form of prevention and handling of social safeguards, one of which is through deredicalization. Deredekalisasi is very important for adolescents because at that age, someone is easily influenced. With a qualitative approach and the method of case studies carried out in high school, the results show that higher education still means that there are students who have an understanding of radicalism, whereas the repressive deradicalization activities have been done by the government in the correctional institutions.
