ABSTRACT

This chapter covers and answers key questions arose by the parents. Parents should understand that it is not always about kids. Sometimes it is the environment, school, friends, siblings, or even parents. One of the times when parents feel like they have lost control is when they are angry. They have to be cautious when they get angry. Parents should not assume that they can handle everything on their own. If they need help, they should ask for it. Finally, parents must consider the X factor: keeping themselves motivated so they can continue to parent. They can motivate them by reminding themselves of the everyday heroes in their life. Parents have to challenge themselves to write down something positive every day. One thing that great parents have in common is that they keep themselves motivated and they do whatever it takes to make that happen.
