ABSTRACT
Chapter 3, “An inside-out view of Italy’s Anti-corruption Authority”, investigates the Authority’s detailed operating concepts. Tasks and operations are illustrated, bureau by bureau. The supervision activities and the regulatory activities are reviewed in detail. This chapter also offers a perspective on possible future organizational strategies of anti-corruption agencies.
