ABSTRACT
In every school there are teachers doing amazing, innovative things. We hear students, parents, and other educators singing their praises. On some occasions these colleagues are recognized by receiving awards or other types of special acclamation. So, it’s only natural that we’re curious about what these teachers are doing. Sometimes we may even be a bit envious. There’s actually a simple way to find out what they’re doing: Go into their classrooms and observe them. Then simply incorporate what they’re doing into your own practice.
