ABSTRACT
Often, the simplest of gestures have the most profound results. And this is a simple one. Choose one student (just for today) and make a phone call to a parent or family member telling them about something positive the student has done. Be sure to smile the entire time you’re speaking, because a smile can be heard over the phone!
