Smile. That’s it? Smile? Yes, smile. Most teachers, if asked, will admit that they do not smile most of the time in the classroom. They appear far too serious. Some look downright mad. We’re not suggesting that most teachers never smile. They just don’t smile enough. But highly-effective teachers know a secret.
