ABSTRACT

The transition from dictatorship to political freedom, from total control over the individual to personal independence, and finally from strict social order to chaos in all spheres of life took place. The Russian Revolution the government declares support and protection for the family. The traditional division of labour in the family and women's duties in the family were the only norms that remained the same. The tension women brought to the families, with children out of control, made marriages very fragile. The Soviet government even interfered with family leisure time and destroyed this aspect of family life. The dictatorship of the Communist party is absolute. Prostitution became a major problem at the very beginning of the perestroyka period. The performance of abortions is incredibly poor, and, as a result many women suffer different forms of complications, and become naturally sterilized. The deterioration of the economic situation in the country in general sharpened and worsened all social problems in particular.
