ABSTRACT
A 4-year-old girl presents with right knee pain after falling off the monkey bars onto her leg. She has no other injuries. On exam, she has focal tenderness and swelling of her right knee, and will not bear full weight on the right. She has good pulses, sensation, and strength distally.
