ABSTRACT
A 5-week-old boy with no significant birth history presents with persistent forceful, non-bilious, non-bloody vomiting after feeds for the past 3 days. He has not had any fever, respiratory symptoms, or diarrhea. The mother notes that he has had fewer wet diapers recently. He has no siblings or sick contacts. An ultrasound is obtained and is shown below.
