ABSTRACT
A 2-year-old male was noted to have right forearm swelling this morning. No swelling was noted the day before. He went to the park with his mother. There was no history of a known fall, trauma, or insect bite. He has been using his right arm normally without any signs of pain. There is no history of any recent illness, fever, chills, or weight loss. He lives with his mother and visits his father on the weekends.
