The patient has a history of hypertension that is being managed by a nephrologist. She was recently started on a new medication for high blood pressure, but the mother cannot remember the name of it. The patient denies difficulty breathing or swallowing. No cough, rhinorrhea, vomiting, or diarrhea. No fever reported. No new soaps, detergents, or creams. No history of allergies. No recent illnesses.
