ABSTRACT

An 18-month-old boy is brought in by his mom for increasing abdominal girth for the past month. There has been no emesis or diarrhea. The boy felt warm the day prior. He has been having normal intake with a normal number of wet and soiled diapers. On exam he is well-appearing but has a significant abdominal distension. A large abdominal mass is palpated. He does not appear jaundiced and appears well-hydrated.
