ABSTRACT
A 13-year-old female with a seizure disorder was started on lamotrigine 2 weeks ago for seizure control. She presents to the emergency department with complaint of fever and rash. On exam, the patient is uncomfortable appearing with vital signs significant for fever to 38.4°C, HR 120, and skin findings as pictured.
