ABSTRACT
A 16-year-old male presents to the emergency department with right elbow pain. He was playing soccer when he tripped and fell onto an outstretched right arm. He reported immediate pain and deformity at the elbow. He denies any head trauma or loss of consciousness. No other injuries are reported.
