ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle and its application to two types of management in an organisation:
the management of the risks and opportunities associated with a specific activity or location using a risk and opportunity management model
the management of all risks and opportunities in an organisation using the ISO 45001 OH&SMS.
The chapter also provides a list of other published OH&SMSs.
