ABSTRACT

Binary Compressive Sensing method (BCS) widely used in many fields such as image processing and wireless communications. However, binary signal reconstruction is considered one of the biggest challenge that faces the BCS method. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm called Lightweight Simulated Annealing based Reconstruction Algorithm (LSARA) to address this problem. LSARA combines the advantage of the greedy algorithms in terms of easy and fast implementation with the advantages of simulated annealing in finding the optimal solutions. The simulation results show that our algorithm outperforms the baselines algorithms in term of reducing the reconstruction error.
